Adam R. Moore, Executive Director
Adam R. Moore has served as Executive Director of Sheriff's Meadow Foundation since 2008. Prior to his work for Sheriff's Meadow, he was the Executive Director of the Connecticut Forest & Park Association from 2001 to 2008, and was the Land Superintendent for the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission from 1998 to 2001. In 2008, Adam was named Environmental Administrator of the Year by the Connecticut Outdoor and Environmental Education Association and was awarded the H. Sharon Ossenbruggen Meritorious Service Award by the Connecticut Urban Forest Council. Adam received a Master of Forestry degree from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies in 1995 and a B.A. in Biology from Yale College in 1992. He lives in Chilmark with his wife, Melissa, and their four children.
